# What if we're unable to print our Order Confirmation?

That's OK, however, your player will need record of his/her order to enter the photo area. Ask for the "purple form" when you arrive on Photo Day and our crew will provide you with an 'Online Order Form'. All you need to do write down your 'Order ID' number along with basic contact info. EASY!
