# I am a coach. How do I check my team in on Photo Day?

📷 We're looking forward to seeing you and your team on Photo Day!

- Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled photo time.
- One Team Representative will need to check-in with our staff while your team assembles.
- During the 15 minute period, please prepare your team for photos:
    - line up your players shortest to tallest -- this helps speed up photos

- - collect each player's Order Confirmation\* -- you'll hand them to the photographer
    - complete your voucher for a free photo with your player.

Thank you for all your help making Photo Day run smoothly. 😍

\*Players who do not have an Order Confirmation will not be photographed for individual photos but may still participate in the team photo.
