All orders are placed online.
- Each player must have a printed 'Order Confirmation' to be photographed. For families with siblings taking individuals and/or buddy shots, be sure there is separate 'Order Confirmation' for each unique photo. This is necessary for the photographers to match up the photos taken to the specific orders.
- Your league will send out a Photo Day web page that includes a link to online ordering, your photo schedule, and other details.
- Photos will not be taken without an 'Order Confirmation'; this also applies to scenarios where the league is sponsoring each player with a free Image Mate.
- A QR code to place online orders will be posted on Photo Day.
If you are unable to print your Order Confirmation, you will be provided a purple "Online Order Confirmation" form on site to write down the Order ID from your online order.
- Reorders will be available once photos ship but prices are higher than Photo Day and all orders incur a shipping & handling fee.
